If Bjarne comes back and join the BMC staff, wouldn't he take a handful of riders with him? From what I've heard, he will take Saxo Bank (which means a lot of millions) with him. Potential new team name: IAMASAXOBMC. :D

Could it be the end of Oleg? Gotta love the cycling drama. :p
If he goes to BMC he'll bring Fuglsang and Porte, that's almost certain.
As for Saxo Bank I seriously doubt they go to BMC. It'd be a deal like the one the have with Tinkoff. Saxo wants a core of danish riders, so it wouldn't make sense to sponsor a team that wants to have more swiss riders.
We never know with Oleg, but I think he'll stay in pro cycling until, at least, 2016. He wants to be next to Contador when he retires.

Well most scenarios are that Saxo go where Riis goes.

Odd Christian Eiking has signed a 2 year deal with FDJ.
bad choice by him

Why? Seems like a decent fit, and although fdj doesn't have a great history of nurturing foreigners, Eiking should get plenty of chances to show himself due to the lack of leaders.

Lotto-Jumbo offered the Van Poppel brothers a one year contract

yes, because Lotto-Jumbo is sure just until 2016

there is an option for 2017-2018 but still to be decided. I think Bianchi too is on the same terms

Fuglsang agent says his rider has offers from Astana, Sky and Etixx.

For the best possible performance I would choose Astana.
For the best salary I would choose Sky.
For the leadership role in GTs I would choose Etixx.

final nail in the coffin for their careers

The only reason Boy van Poppel is on a WT-team is his brother. He would be happy to be on any WT-team.

Well, he was 6th in Vattenfall Cyclassics in 2013, I would say this result justifies his place in WT. There are few dozens of WT riders who didn't do anything better during their careers.

Well, CULT was in search of co-sponsor and the manager is on sichkleave. Voila! Saxo-CULT headed by the Riis next year?

Riders were apparently advised to look for a new employer. Alex Kirsch is close to signing with Bora-Argon

Russell Downing is a Zubeldia-like enigma who can only stay on each team for a year. That's where it all went wrong.

He'll be back with NFTO/Aberdeen Asset Management if they move to Pro conti.

That's terrible. I thought all teams were supposed to have the year's money up front before they got a licence these days?

Kwait has an offer from Sky but wants to stay with Etixx. Would guess it depends on EQS's budget for next year as I assume Cav, Martin, Boonen, Kwait and Uran are not cheap.

Does anyone have an idea if Louis Meintjies has any offers on the table from teams for 2016? MTN is out at the end of the year and although they have potential title sponsor in the works its not certain.

My guess is that potential teams will be waiting to see how he goes here at the Tour first. They'll want to know if he can handle the pace in the mountains compared to the best. He's not like Teklehaimanot who's a relatively known quantity now.

I would be surprised if there are no WT teams interested in him.

Tinkoff invited Dutch rider Antwan Tolhoek for a training meetup this summer. Any information about his characteristics?

A former marathon speedskater who decribes himself as a climber/hilly rider. He won the KOM in this years Tour of Bretagne.

Well that hardly bodes well for going to SKY since he has said he would prefer another team. Dave Brailsford won't be pleased
