Would be surprised if its an actual signing and not just a reveal of say Rosa in the New Jersey. Brailsford said they were done with signings, there is no out there decent without a contract unless they have bought someone out of a deal.

Glad he is staying in Europe to race as our local scene would of been a cakewalk for him but it's a pity he couldn't find a spot at Pro-Conti level, still has plenty of time to develop being 24

Peter badly needs to join DD, all the old HTC guys seem to get back on track once they sign with them.
On another note, any news about Jack Bobridge, will he retire?
If you only let him ride in the heat he can still get you some decent results for a reasonable price, the US PCT teams or even a smaller US team like Jelly Belly would be a good fit for someone like him.
