I'm hearing its between Theo Bos and Moreno Hofland for the sprinter job at United Healthcare

Hofland was in talks with Lotto Soudal but nothing official

It seems Wanty real wants to go to the TdF they had MARTIN, gave Levarlet a contract as well a young trainee from FDJ Fabien Doubey...

This years squad was definitly TdF worthy, however with Gaspa and Marcato leaving I wonder for next year. They still got Thurau (who finally had a good season) and Dehaes (who is the fastest Belgian, but sucks at positioning).

Wanty might be legit to get a Tour wildcard as they'd constantly animate the race with going into breakaways. Instead of Bretagne they certainly got the quality to make a winning move from a breakaway attempt. Even without Gaspa and Marcato probably. I'd like to see them at the Tour once.

United Healthcare would be a nice destination for Hofland. In America he should be one of the major sprint forces. Which would be a nice experience and a good living with a decent paycheck. Lotto got enough other 2nd - 3rd tier sprinters after Greipel. Eventually it's a question of ambition and self-believe. He could as well just restart his career as a talented sprinter in smaller BeNeLux races with Lotto. Both steps could be pretty logical. As long as he fulfills his own mission of course.

Has Larry Warbasse found a home for next season?

He's been linked with Cannondale. He's developed pretty well at IAM. Frankly I would much prefer him at Sky than Elissonde as he's a much more versatile rider and has the qualities to be a good domestique.

Thanks. He certainly seems to climb well enough to latch on somewhere.

I'd agree with that, Warbasse is a solid rider but doesn't really have the weapons to stage hunt for wins unlike Elissonde. They would almost certainly serve themselves, and their new teams better by switching

I still can't quite believe the Elissonde to Sky transfer but I've read quotes from Madiot which seem to confirm it. It's utterly bizarre.

I don't see it as bizarre.

Portal confirms it here though:
