I heard Astana was trying on Landa. He might choose them over movistar if Quintana does not go to Sky.
Astana and Sky are in Landa's blacklist. He must run out of options before returning there. I don't see the problem with Landa and Quintana in the same team. Landa is not obsessed with the Tour. He would be perfectly happy going for the Giro while Quintana goes for the Tour. And if Movistar sends them together to the Tour (or the Vuelta), just compare what Valverde gave up to help Quintana in recent Tours with what Landa gave up to help Aru in the 2015 Giro and to Froome in this year's Tour.

Sky are in Landa's blacklist - Not according to his latest interview.

Uran has offers from Cannondale, Astana and Sky.
Source?
Uran.
You spoke to him personally?
He said that in an interview with colombian press this last tuesday
Now we're getting somewhere... Really, rumours are much more credible and valuable if people post links to where they find said rumours.

How does one link to something seen or heard on tv?

My guess is there are a couple of posters who have links with riders/teams/agents etc - They may receive information from time to time and choose to divulge information in this thread - My experience is DNP Old has good links with the Columbian scene.

"El deportista también dijo que equipos como Sky y Astana se han mostrado interesados en él, aunque aclaró que no hay nada concreto."

Translation:

The athlete also said that teams like Sky and Astana have been interested in him, although he clarified that there is nothing concrete.

Asked if Sky would be that interested in him, given that the current leader is Froome, Rigo said that a leader could cover the Tour, and another one could tackle the Giro, for example.

Finally, he acknowledges that Cannondale is interested in retaining him, and that he is aware that the main name of that team will change due to another sponsor.

Well at least we know how Sky will replace Landa and Nieve now.

Landa will replace Landa and Uran & Quintana will fill the shoes of Nieve.

Of course, it's great if we are provided with confidential inside information, but providing sources for rumours should, IMO, be the starting point for any rumour in this thread. If you can't do that due to confidentiality, either explain your position or respect the confidentiality and keep it for yourself. Else confidentiality is just a lousy excuse to post whatever rumour somebody makes up.

That's actually interesting, because of what I understood from a recent interviews with Vaughters, Oath is not going to be the new main sponsor and there are negotiations ongoing with a one company for taking that role but the deal is not done yet.

Bert Van Lerberghe (Sport Vlaanderen-Baloise) to Cofidis. Jonas Van Genechten (Cofidis) to Fortuneo or Vital Concept. Source: Het Nieuwsblad.

Funny how once more a Sport Vlaanderen rider goes to Cofidis (Van Stayen/Van Bilsen).

Van Genechten unhappy with not being selected for TdF?

Some Belgian u23 news...

Robbe Ghys, Milan Menten and Aaron Verwilst will be neo-pro with Sport Vlaanderen Baloise next year. Same for Emiel Planckaert if he Lotto Soudal doesn't decide to give him a contract with the WT team.

Steff Cras decided to go pro next year after the news that the BMC Development team folds, he has offers from Sunweb and Sport Vlaanderen Baloise.

Source: various Belgian newspapers.

Well, he seems also to have interest from Trek and UAE now:
