With Ala staying, Im assuming some of the others will be on their way. Everybody wont stay out of Gilbert, Mas, Viviani and so on.
Can't see Gilbert leaving. He's on a small contract with big bonusses in case he wins and gets complete freedom in a strong team. Movistar is supposedly trying to sign Mas, and Viviani... he lacks the class of some of the other "big" sprinters, and knows DQS is his best bet to win big races and he is still no1 in the pecking order at DQS with only Jakobsen coming closer. Can't see Hodeg moving up to that level anytime soon.
So, Mas moving, would be the most logical. On the other hand, i could see DQS trying their best to keep him, since he fills a gap in their lineup.

If Jumbo Visma signs Bjerg, Donovan, Arensman, Foss and Maciejuk are good contractions.
Foss, Arensman and Donovan are mountain mens.
Bjerg and Maciejuk are men for ITT
Loss Andreas Leknessund for Team Sunweb.
Pretty sure Jumbo won't be the only team to have its eye on guys like Bjerg.
As for Arensman... you claim he's a guy for the mountains. While he rode a great Avenir, he hasn't been able to confirm his status as a top climber. Both in Isard, Circuit des Ardennes and Tour de Bretagne this season, he got outclimbed by climbers his age and a lot younger. Last year, prior to l'Avenir, he was nowhere in Tour Alsace and guys his age were ahead by dozens of minutes.
And then he also finishes third in Paris Roubaix U23... I simply have no idea what kind of rider this guy will become. He is a "decent" CX rider, but nothing special either, but his 2nd place in l'Avenir and 3rd in PR, does show he has serious potential... But looking at all his results, i'm just not sure what to think.
