Thanks for the explanation, zoeart. Google only gets me so far, sometimes need a person's language skills instead of the machine.

Hope things work out for Haimar.

I have no idea how you created that post, that you attributed to me, and then responded to. But I never made that comment. I am not amused, and find this to be very disturbing. I have contacted the moderators, and I hope to have answers shortly.

Don't take the quote thing seriously, it's obviously not intended to be perceived as your words but instead my summary of your words. I'm used to forums that's commonplace. Apologies if you're genuinely upset by it. If you're serious - not just having a crack at me - and you want me to edit it, I'll do so if I still can.

Edit. O.K. fixed it Apologies.

By the way, it's done very easily - when you quote someone the text becomes editable when you are writing your message. Very simple

he was only kiddin, and pretty much summed up your post. It's a forum, if you get offended so easily, maybe you should stay away from the interent.

fyi forums who would take action on his post, generally are forums where your expected to smile and conform to others opinion, otherwise your banned. great places them ;)

yes, but lying is lying. Do not fake quotes again, please, and thank you for taking care of it yourself.

Susan

That was not lying. A style that isn't accepted around here - fair enough, won't use it again - but in no way was it lying.

I never post anything about actual cycling topics. I only post about people who post about Lance Armstrong because he is my hero and I love him.

Yes, we know.

Since you want to go there, and Schmu*3\k loves rabobank feels the obligation to chime in. First off, I realized how that edit was done before I retired for the evening: just delete all I'd truly said between the quote brackets, and insert your own garbage. Than attribute it to me.
Second, I'm sorry I'm too thin skinned for your taste, but your if "joke" was supposed to be an interpretation of what I had truly said, you could have left my original post intact and then just given your interpretation. Then the casual reader of the thread wouldn't have looked at your fabrication(that's right, LIE) of what I supposedly said, and thought I had truly said it.
I don't give a rats a55 how many forums you've been on where that is commonplace, that little exercise was asinine, and completely misrepresented anything I had said.
I'm fine with being hammered on a point, I'm also fine with someone editing what I've written to stress a specific part, but making something up out of thin air, and then attributing it to me, or doing it to anyone else-- that crosses the line.
And, does Bonehead loves Rabobank think that any forum that would that would frown on something like this is repressive and limiting freedom of speech, and I oughta grow up and learn how to take a ribbing, or go away? Well plainly, F*&$$K that sophomoric A55whole.
You know that was out of line, that's why you have tried to correct the situation, in the thread and through PM, and I accept that. I just recommend that you find other ways to amuse yourself and others, just think the joke through a little better, that's all. But don't console yourself that that other idiot stands behind you, it was wrong, and the fact that he doesn't think it was, doesn't make it any better. But hey, I've learned yet another lesson of, and from the forum.

A lot of times, I agree with your posts. This is not one of those times. progressor fabricated a post and attributed it to another member with whom he disagreed. To moderate that comment is to show logical moderation. Sorry, but the "Freedom of Speech" rant is misplaced.

Thank you TFF. I appreciate your agreement on this point. I'd like to put this behind us now. As I've posted, I've learned from the experience. I hope they will have learned too. If they haven't, it's unfortunate for them, but I do hope this has a beneficial ending for all involved.

That is true, if one is offended by his actions, then he has the right for it to be moderated i guess. but I doubt it was meant in a malicious way, though i can't really vouch for progressor as I'm not exactly that familiar with his posts.

my point for ralph was too not take the internet so seriously, people taking comments to heart here need to relax. No point of get worked up over some fool on the end of another keyboard.

anywhu enough from bonehead loves rabo :p
back to the topic.

Fuji have lost a lot of riders, they are in no way worthy of PT status.

Great! Now they'll have two guys specializing in useless attacks.

Although I guess de la Fuente gets to wear a couple of classification jerseys every now and then, but I don't really see how he helps Contador to a Tour victory next year.

Seems to me that he won't have the same freedom he had on his previous team if he is riding for AC.

I wonder if some of the other fuji boys such as cobo will follow him. Cobo could be a great asset for contador in the mountains next year.

Have Fuji actually brought anyone in yet? They've lost Kiserlovski, Vigano, Intxausti, Bailetti, Kessiakoff, and now maybe DLF. How many riders do they have left?
So far as I can tell, they have won barely anything. They must surely be bottom of the PT rankings

Well as far as I know they need to also find a main sponsor for next year if they want to continue. Unless that happens soon they'll simply disband.
