You do realize that Lance might fake being a doper to make everyone in the peloton accept him.

Thats what I'm thinking too.
Saline. Legal back then. Rehydration.
Lance would NEVER risk failing a test. Smart
Focused like a laser.

But Lance had a reputation to uphold.
And Lance liked to boast.

"I'm shooting up super drug hemassist"
"You guys can't have any, sorry"
"I even failed a drug test - trust me"
"But they let me off"

Floyd and Tyler are sooooo gullible lol.
Hopefully 60minutes will vet their story. check their facts.

Having tried to count up all of his tests on multiple occasions (27 is the USADA count), it is all but impossible that the actual count exceeded 100 let alone 500.

The 100 would also include any Passport tests (less than 4/year as we know).

In fact, even adding HCT 50% 'health' screens into the mix might not push the total much beyond 100.

No, I am not exaggerating.

Now, we have no idea how many 'tests' were performed by Ferrari.

So, I challenge the Armstrong camp to provide proof of all of the tests, including those by Ferrari. Feel free to throw in the lactate tests.

Just go ahead and document them all so that we can be 'convinced' of this statement.

This is as bold a lie as any as he has told.

Lance apparently believes that he can get away with this one - if for no other reason than WADA and the UCI will not release the number unless subpoenaed.

By the time it is revealed in court, the lie will have served its purpose anyways.

Dave.

As a post-note, we should be hounding the UCI to provide the same level of disclosure as USADA - how many tests performed on which athletes in which years.

If they do not do that, then they are complicit in hiding the truth and protecting dopers. Not that this would be news.

i dont think the fanboys have time to research and prove more than 500 hundred tests. Too busy out in t'internet posting their master's work

UCI doesn't do transparency very well, something to do with the high mountains in Swi$$land

I was relatively indifferent to Armstrong though i didnt like him much.

Untill 2 minutes ago when i read the comment about how there is a amazing bike race in california now.

No, theres a bike race in Italy. The guy believes that cos he appeared at one Cali edition and hyped it, its suddenly bigger than a grand tour.

Screw him.

11. Don't forget the T/E ratios SI disclosed.

Thanks you are right. So the never tested positive athlete Lance Armstrong had:
6 positive Epo Tests (TdF 1999)
1 positive Corticosteroid (Test TdF 1999)
1 positive Epo Test at the (TdS 2001)
3 positive Testosterone Tests (from 1993 to 1996)

Hope the GJ can count one plus one, because that perfectly fits with what Betsy, Floyd and Tyler had to say. Only a positive for steroids is missing.

"trying to slime 60 minutes for trying to bring fraud and deception into public view...if enron, wallstreet and other various robber barons couldnt destroy the stories by questioning 60 minutes' credibility I highly doubt lance will be able to do so".

GOOD for you bringing this up. pretty disappointed with 60 minutes and segment last sunday, trying to say we are against government if we talk bad and protest, about big brother. boulder colorado is a police state. listen up folks in america, surveillance every where. DHS is takiing this country down. i have no idea why 60 minutes wants this interview to take down LA, but it is poitical let me tell you. 60 minutes sure let barry obama tell lies and ben bernanke just lies to the american public and grins when doing it. these men are more dangerous then lance or tyler. these men are trying to take america down to path of FEMA camps and poverty. watch and see. i wonder if it has something (angle) to do with france itself. everything that these corporate run media propaganda television stations have an angle rest assured. you all should be talking about the angle from these corporations. sky = murdock. what filth these men are, don't watch television in america. i might watch this interview but don't believe a thing that CBS doesn't have an angle. groping people every where, we have lost our constitutional rights in this country and they are going fast†

so now it's all jokey as the curtain comes down? I have read you fanboys defending this guy via logic for going on a couple of years at least...what is with your crew? I don't think anyone wants you to get on your knees as the wall is falling...but a little honesty about your fanboy worship might be ok...I mean, do folks need a hero THAT badly? or is it just to argue on forums for the sake of it ala a bad guy wrestler sort of thing? when I read folks defending lance outside of cycling, let alone actual cycling followers I then do think to myself that these folks must need a map to find the toilet every morning...

Ligget during commentary:

Very sad news from overnight. Tyler Hamilton has admitted to doping. He has we understand sent back his olympic gold medal, so 2004 or was that 2008, Athens, so that means Ekimov will now get a 3rd gold medal.

Umm, how many things wrong with that. He echos armstrongs pathetic "congrats ekimov" tweet, but makes absolutely no mention about the accusations.

Foxxy, I assume that these were backed up with both A & B sample testing postivative ????

I think they are selflessly doing it for the rest of us, to give us all a pleasant thought to brighten our day.

Sort of a "Gee, I thought I had it bad, but I'm sure glad I don't have to go through life as one of THOSE guys"...

YOU are going to feel silly when Lance and Novitsky hold a press conference to reveal that Lance has been working undercover for the Feds since 1998.

Massive Sting Operation.
Their work is almost done.
Nailed Floyd. Nailed Tyler. Nailed Frankie.
40 other ex-team mates of Lance busted.
With hindsight it will all look so obvious.

Floyd is going to be really ****ed off.
Lance may have to go into a witness protection program yikes.

Umm, how many things wrong with that.

Good grief. He cannot even figure out which year it was. And he draws a salary for this?

He is an embarrassment to sport.

So, where I have tried to tolerate him in the past, please add Phil to my official 'full of sh!t' list.

Dave.

well, I haven't checked in for quite awhile or followed the arguments...if the fanboys have either been "rehabilitated"...or maybe got hip to post modernism literary theory ala Derrida that I have no idea of...certainly wouldnt want to offend the flicker crowd...either way, you're losing boys but humor is certainly one way of failing and dealing with mistakes while looking good as the moat sucks into the earth via the livestrong castle I think...no offence....... :p

and hey, LIVESTRONG!

No, you appear to be confusing what is a sanction and what is a positive.
A positive is any of these samples that showed a PED within them - nice try though.

So it's not enough that the tests were positive, now they have to be postivative?

Funny...
May this guy thinks a positive is negative if it´s positive. I never understand the brains of the Lance-Lover-Boys

For Uk forumites, (and non Uk too)

Anyone with twitter can send a comment to ITV (UK channel broadcasting this) complaining about the disgraceful commentary they are offering (they are offering Liggets commentary obviously).

If the American channel reads twitter we can do the same.

Complain about the extremely poor commentary they are offering. If enough people do it maybe they will consider hiring their own commentary team.

Most tested.

And when you are tested as much as Lance has been,
there are bound to be quite a few false positives.
No hard feelings. Labs can learn from their mistakes.
