As one forum poster offered i would like to see some facts, some prescriptions billos paid for drugs etc. if there is any truth to the many thousands of allegations posted on the forum then surely there is some small bit of evidence as well. i dotn have aproblem with anypone tellign the truth what i have a problem with is tow people who change their stories repeatedly to fit their economic needs at the time and then everyone gets all teary eyed about these self serving "truth" tellers. I think Lance hates Greg more.

It's easy to know when cyclists are lying about doping - this happens when they deny it. In virtually all instances when they have decided to admit to doping they have told the truth, regardless of book deals.

By the way, i don't think Tyler will make very much money from this book. Maybe not even as much as The Sociopath spends on lawyers in a 1/2 day.

Because you don't have, or don't want to spend, $2 million defending yourself against a libel suit. Your vindication will be cold comfort when the money's gone. A publishing company might be willing to put out a book with statements that are likely to attract libel suits if (i) they are confident the statements are true and (ii) the expected profits from the book are enough to make the cost of defending the libel suits worthwhile. Unfortunately, I'm betting that (ii) is missing in this case.

I personally would never trust a word he says. Anybody who took
that many drugs and continued to lie years afterwards for no reason
obviously has mental health issues. Rock Racing? He said that he was
going to come back after his (wrongful) ban and win the tour. Instead
he came back doped up and raced for Rock Racing and won USPRO.

First off, please show us where and when he said that he was going to come back and win the tour.

Secondly, the story of Micheal Ball and Rock Racing is another one that needs to be exposed and I hope that is part of the book.

To all of you who are questioning his integrity due to the fact that he publicly tried to hide his misdeeds with lies, and now is coming clean with open and honest discourse; don't buy the book. That is the best form of protest for those of you that are so far removed from any knowledge of what it is and was like to be him on a daiy basis. If he feels the need to get these FACTS off of his, chest so be it. Maybe while you are at the book store protesting, you can get a refund for all 5 of LA's "truthfull" books that were of course not published to make himself money, they saved little kids with cancer

I posted over at Slowditch a few days ago regarding the fact that the USADA backed the argument I made before they had filed their motion to dismiss. Lots of the lawyers had tried to suggest that I was just some stupid law student who didn't understand how things work in the real world...funny, the guys with skin in the game used the exact reasoning I was using, so I guess their "real world" is just some sideline feces throwing. Anyway, I didn't get many responses to my post as most of them are still wiping the egg off their faces.

I read the Miller book which gave an interesting insight into the guys personality but on the drugs side was fairly cryptic. It was almost as if he was holding back on dishing the dirt/naming names for fear of reprisal.

With this and the ongoing LA saga I cannot see the McQuaid and the UCI being able to continue, but how can they be sanctioned?

Miller have a lot more credability imo. Hamilton and his story about unborn twin doesnt exactly boost his credability. In addition he is bitter and to boost earning he would be tempted to make things a little more dramatic. That said, there should be alot of interesting stuff in there.

Al Franken's "Lies and the Lying Liars Who Tell Them," was about to languish in obscurity until that jackas$ bill o'reilly persuaded faux to sue Franken.

The book, (very funny btw) shot right up to number 1. Armstrong or anyone else would have to be insane to sue Hamilton. I'm sure right now, as I write this, Hamilton is praying for a lawsuit from some imbecile.

Some First Amendment lawyer would no doubt take this on a contingency and the case would be summarily dismissed and literally laughed out of court as was o'reilly's idiocy.
