Menchov a 9 is no surprise. To be honest, neither is VDBjr with an 8. The two Great Germans Martin and Klöden score very high, I didn't expect Martin to score quite that high. The biggest GC contenders all seem to hang somewhere in the middle, but they probably spent the most money on manipulating their numbers, making it hard to draw a solid conclusion.

Perhaps a high score merely reflects a less professional doping regimen. That's what the scores in the 3-5 range suggest - the doping regimens of the top riders are designed with savvy about escaping detection.

You have no data on how often French riders were tested so your accusation is baseless.

The fact that most foreign pros left France to live in Spain years ago would suggest out of competition testing in France is pretty frequent and strict.

One should remember Miller was just like Floyd and protested his innocence for a long time before the police made him confess.
