I would imagine that Birotte and the DOJ don't give a rats about any UNESCO Convention.

Particularly when Birotte may need to cover his (or someone else's) ***.

As indicated in the statement by Thom Mrozek, they will comply with the US legislative requirements.

The only thing is, the Convention is Supreme law in the US, but there may be another US law that has higher precedence, requiring Birotte's office to not comply with the Convention under certain circumstances.

In doing their job, Birotte's office might comply completely with US national legislation, but that doesn't necessarily mean any evidence will be provided to USADA.

That is because that is the only news article I know of (others reference it) that talks about this. So, hence why I figured it was your source. Why the last statement? Are you OK? There are probably medicines that can help.

Edit. Don't answer - I know the answer.

You know why I don't waste my time on you?

Good! Why would I? You argue nonsense and utilize your juvenile little taunts about knowing something others don't know.

We were talking about sociopaths the other day. Those are the kinds of people that do this intentional taunting and provoking.

The scandal is looking pretty good now. Why don't any of your Republican members of Congress run with this?

I'll have to call up my girlfriend Katelyn in Allen West's office. I'll remind her of the 2003 State of the Union where GWB called for enforcement of anti doping in pro sports. Those damn Democrats are doing everything they can to cover this thing up. This thing goes to Breuer at least. If the GOP gets creative they might be able to drag a couple of others in.

Once the US senate ratifies a treaty then essentially it is federal law. However, that hasn't stopped anybody in the past. After all the senate ratified the UN convention on torture as well and we haven't seen anybody prosecuted for rendition which is explicitly prohibited in that document. So if they can blithely ignore the convention on torture then I hardly think that one on drugs in sport is going to cause any angst.

If you think someone pointing out your flaws in your statements or irrational logic is taunting then so be it. Why did you respond? Obvious you do waste your time on me... Another incorrect statement.

WTF are you talking about. The main issue here, the only one that matters is Pharmstrong's obvious guilt and the overwhelming evidence against him. You'd have to be a friggin idiot not to know that after paying attention for the tiniest length of time.

No, not many or any are doing what this goober person is doing. 'I know something you don't, na na nanan na!'

I mean, what the hell is all your bs about? The guy is not a fraud? Gimme a break...

The Extreme Hater Referendum is at 131. So far, only 131 people want to apply special interest pressure to get Lance indicted.

I may be the only hater there. The other 130 just want Lance's name to be cleared.

MvW do you have a link to this petition? I must have missed the original link for it and I have gone back in this thread but am unable to find the link.

Is it up 2 from yesterday?

There you go rewriting the facts again. The petition only asks for a legitimate explanation. "Because he said so" would qualify if there were more than 500 people who cared. This is competitive cycling in the U.S. we're talking about after all. I'm not optimistic either, but I take exception to this kind of trolling.

Can we get some kind of warning/strike to this poster for this noise?

Finally, if there's a win I want stripped, it's Leadville. Weins is the legitimate winner.

Ummmwut? What overwhelming evidence?

Oh, you mean, Floyd, Tyler, Frankie and that national treasure of a wife Betsy?

Yes, those star witnesses, all except Betsy, are known liars and cheats and rode dirty while profiting from such.

Yes, fantastic evidence indeed!

Oh wait, there is more! Here are few insightful tidbits in and email exchange with VN and Betsy recently regarding the dropped case. Enjoy her psychotic ramblings. I find it amazing how she is quick to make scathing "corrections and assumptions" regarding questions asked, then proceeds to use articles/quotes and speculations about alleged samples being tested as positive, inuendos etc she makes over and over again. With her high moral standards, I have no idea after reading this how Betsy still remains married to a guy that admittedly doped for years as a cyclist, yet continues her personal vendetta against Lance in the same sentences. She is indeed a nut job.

Oh wait, Betsy claims she never testified before the Grand Jury. Hmmm...geee, wonder why the case was dropped, since the Grand Jury never heard a word one of the "star" witnesses said first hand. Maybe they read what she said in a report by some "federal agent". Some case they had to start with.

I think it is up about five from yesterday.

The petition is obviously an attempt at pressuring the US Attorney. Asking the US Attorney to explain the failure to seek an indictment despite overwhelming evidence and the appearance of collusion is not merely asking for an explanation. It is pressure.

This is topical news. And it will be over by March 8.

Speaking of psychotic ramblings...

But anyway, what exactly is your point? That Armstrong was clean? You really believe that?

I share what I can. Yes I know lots of things you don't. I sporadically correct people - usually people who are way off. I was wrong when I said Lance was going to have a good thanksgiving - I was shocked they did not close the case that Wednesday. You started spewing things about the FBI "looked into it" as if it was looked into and nothing was found - I was telling you that you have no idea - NO IDEA. The media says people 'close' to the investigation were shocked to learn the case was abruptly being closed - possibly but not people involved in the investigation - maybe the investigators wives? Maybe the company situated next door?. Don't be a media puppet - it is hard I know - I fall into the trap from time to time.

So there were leaks but people close to the investigation didn't know about its impending demise?

I won't be a media puppet but I will believe goober...

If this was all over 9 months ago why did Lance fly to Aspen to harass Tyler? Why did he tell Tyler his lawyers would make his life hell and they tear him apart on the witness stand? What witness stand is he referring to if the case was already over?

If there was no case why did Armstrong's lawyers contact Tyler's lawyer and propose a joint defense agreement? Why did they ditch Levi as soon as he talked? ......and where is Johan? Why did he not show up for Utah, Colorado, and California? Are those races not important for Radioshack? Trek? SRAM? If there was no case what was he scared of?

Whoever is giving you the talking points is flatly wrong when it comes to witnesses scheduled to talk recently and being canceled at the last minute. Next time you talk to them make I suggest they get their "Leak" story out asap. They need to get out in front of the USADA case and get the witch hunt spin going again.

Do you still think George did not talk to anyone?

Lance flew to Aspen to harass Hamilton? Bruyneel had other business in Europe and Africa, notice the Shack won Cali, Utah, and Colorado, with stand ins Axel Merckx and Alain Gallopin as managers/DSs..
The celebritys for the Shack are not Bruyneel, Gallopin, Dirk Demol, Axel, or Lance.
They were Horner and Levi, they are now Horner, Kloden, Jens!, Andy and Frank, and all the other great riders on the SHACK.

George can talk however much, but seeing his glass house I would think he would be careful as to which direction he throws stones.
