Glenn, do you want to hazard a guess as to who told 60 Mins about George sharing EPO with Lance? Had to come from the "George Side" or the "Novitzsky Side". And it seems clear that neither George himself or Mr Novitzsky himself talked to 60 Mins....

So maybe it was someone that George talked to? It is ok for George to dicuss with others. He probably told Lance about the "sharing" story. Do you think Lance told 60 mins? Doubt that.

But I suppose the FBI had to follow up with Lance on it. Ask Lance if he is the one who told 60 Mins.

Or Maybe Novitzsky told someone?. I'm not sure if that is the same as George telling some one else. I would guess not.

Hog was just being brought up to speed by a third party as to how relevant information obtained by the Feds and obtainable by USADA/WADA, whether by their own sources or passed on, is grim for Armstrong.

The anti doping quasi judicial process is international and has been established to be outside political and financial intervention.

Could be why Armstrong is keeping a low profile and would be crestfallen understanding USADA/WADA is not a UCI or US Government.

The Spanish anti doping NGO attempted to protect Contador but, with the checks and balances built into the system, failed.

Actually on another cycling forum (same Chris E from Houston Tx) he was particularly blunt against Armstrong compatriots Hamilton & Landis.

One can now see that that avid opposition was allegedly designed to dowse the gleams of the US pretenders to the same court of his Texan hero, Armstrong.

Oh really? I seem to recall ridiculing the equally obsessed with seeing them exonerated, and their excuses. I don't recall wielding pitchfork on seeing them go down, but I drink alot and maybe in a drunken stupor I posted something comparable to the typical Velodude post in this thread. I don't care for TH mugging pain in front of the camera or crying on TV about his dog when the US is bombing other countries, but I digress.

You see, Velodude, I don't have the passion to bring any of them down because I just can't deal with the hypocrisy. Seeing people punished for doping when they are competing against other dopers busts a spring in my outrage equilibrium. Seeing LA get busted for wire fraud, transport of drugs, or whatever the charge du jour out of the anonymous leaks is, goes on all over the place with these teams and riders doping all over the world.

That is not to say they should go unpunished. I dare you to find a post of mine in this or any forum where I have said LA should go unpunished (except when I said it to just watch the forum freak out). But, stripping LA of his wins and seeing them go to JU or Basso does not really get my cheering section up. Seeing him prosecuted while there are much larger crooks in this country immune to prosecution, that have real impact on our everyday lives, pizzes me off a little bit as well. The fact so much passion goes into this thread to see this person fall while all of the other fiascos are going on in the world seems a little ****ed up to me, but hey whatever you guys need to do to feel better about yourselves.

What is really exhaustive is when someone continually tries to justify, legal or otherwise, a person like Lance who is clearly a liar and of minimal moral fibre. Yes Chris I still feel that someone who primarily plays on the heart strings, and siphons money, from dying Cancer patients and their families as unforgiveable and something that jurors may use when making decisions. Only a defence lawyer could behave like that.

Then that would make you unfit to sit on an American jury, which I believe I told you in our discussion months ago but apparently it didn't lodge somewhere in your head. The jury should deliberate the charges and evidence before them supporting those charges, and per the instructions of the judge. Else, thanks for screwing up the judicial system more than it already is with your activist juror tendencies.

Also, I am not justifying anything. I said he would not plea bargain and he would not get convicted. We can prove neither one of those things now, but I believe the feds that mattered came to the same conclusion. Woop-de-doo, I am the enemy for having that opinion.

Just come out and say, "hey I like all things Lance, but as a Devil's advocate why couldn't Lance... ?" I am sure that people would be more affable when discussing topics with you. When you don't your design appears just as unimaginable as the dismissal of the Federal investigation of Lance/USPS.

With the "Lance" investigation, the fanboys realize Lance was cleared because of Insufficient Evidence. While the haters believe the investigation lasted years and years because the Feds wanted to make an expedient decision. Lol. Either that or a Borat Conspiracy in the face of Ample Evidence.

And with the "Leaks" investigation, the fanboys suspect the multiple leaks from "unnamed sources close to the investigation" were from the prosecution side not defense. While the haters deny that a "leaks" investigation even exists.

Have no idea why you quoted my post to back up your assertions. My post was concerned more with the concept of "Do Not Binge Drink And Post" and "Do Not Binge Drink And Listen To Other Binge Drinkers And Post".

Unless of course, those other binge drinkers are NOT anonymous sources. In which case many here would hope for some identification of the source.

Also, it may be a good idea to differentiate between binge drink posts, wish lists, and hallucinations, as opposed to actual predictions.
