What will be Dekker T excuse be today afterall he said these climbs suit Gesink, well guess what Gesink is avg climber as yday proved.
DT isn't making excuses for Gesink these days. He's acknowledged he's an average climber right now, for whatever reasons.

One more uphill finish for Purito Rodriguez. Any attack by Contador in Covadonga wont be fruitful. This is the wrong tactic.

Why not? Contador is not Nibali to take time downhill.

Teklehaimanot crashing into the mountain wall

Good spot. Eurosport haven't a clue.

Going to be a terrible climax to watch.
Breakaway going for the win at the same time as the big boys go at it.

Contador is a long distance climber, should put a high rhytm before the last climb, this is the Purito area.
Contador is a climber. If he's on form, it doesn't matter if it's 5%, 15%, 2km or 20km. Bottom line, I hope he wins :)

14 km long climb is Purito area?

Climb lenght doesn't matter if they only race the last 5 kms. And this one has two downhill sections in those last kms.
