No I don't believe that. Mosquera's recuperation is pretty good. Last years Vuelta he attacked and gained time nearly every stage, even when he went to early on some of those climbsZoncolan said:Sure, but what I'm saying is if he attacks from 8 km to go, he'll be spent for Cotobello.
