Nibali 13 seconds ahead of Mosquera at second intermediate. Looks like Nibs went out fastest of all in first and has slowed down in second.

No hes not. Some predicted he would lose about a minute to Nibali. He lost 5 seconds in the first 15km alone despite the Nibali puncture. If it continues like this he will be over a minute behind nibali on the tt despite Nibali losing 25 seconds in a puncture. That is not a good performance in my book.

IMO his riding at least decent. It looks like he will defend his 3rd position in the GC and might even climb up to 2nd. And he's not that far behind Nibali.

Hes already in second, and by the looks of it Nibali was not as fast in 2nd bit as in the first third of the course. If, and its a big if, that pattern continues he could find himself losing 30 seconds in the tt to Nibali making it about 50 seconds going into the Bola.
That would make it interesting. Liqui would put everything to making a breakaway win it while Xacebo would try to get Mosquera to the bonus seconds

Its a shame Nibali has such a better team.
