I think this Roels guy has been in the breakaway on every single flat stage :p

Well, he probably won't be racing as a professional rider next year anymore. At least he tries his best in this vuelta, but I think he won't get a contract from a PCT or PT Team next year.

We haven't heard much about any Milram riders going places for next year really. Apart from a few of them to Lux Team & Terpstra to QST.

Farrar! Great sprint. Cav didn't look that fast today, he had trouble just getting by his lead-out man.

Lol, watching the finish on Spanish feed with 1km delayed Eurosport audio. That was Farrar right?

Congratulations Tyler Farrar, sprinter of team Garmin Transitions. May you allways have perfect vision in changing light conditions!

8 gt stages for Cav
4 for Farrar.

Obviously Cav is the man to beat but this shows Farrar is up there.

Especially since he did better in classics.

Haha, I think that's what edged it today.

Hard to believe that, given all his wins, that's Cav's first GT points jersey.

Farrar was just plain faster today, but Cav has wrapped up his first ever Grand Tour points jersey with that second place.

It looks like he did it by himself without any lead out men?

Garmin worked to bring back the break, and brought him to the front on the last lap, but yeah he did the sprint all by hisself.

[edit]Giving props to Matt Wilson for looking after him today.

Cav tried to hand Goss the victory and Farrar nipped around the other side.
Can't play games at this level.

So, the curtain comes down on another stage racing season.
Another bittersweet GT day.

Lovely circuit that. As attactice as the Champs.

A winner of a Vuelta. Far fewer abandons due to the WC buffer week being added.
Maybe, we finally get the right collaboration between the ASO and UCI.
