It’s one of those comic tragedies. Soler is an Avenir winner finally off on his own and he has to wait for Nairo who can’t hold onto a 20 year olds wheel.

Nice comeback by MAL, who crashes more than Van de Velde in his crashing prime.

It wasn't really a sprint. It was hard pacing to the finish line. Valverde couldn't really do anything, he looked cooked.
