Yep... Supposedly Movistar was afraid of the crosswinds and echelons being created and didn't want to miss it... That's why the first break was caught... and most likely is how the second will be caught, too...

No matter what its a good sign, Movistar seems very aggressive so far and Woods is already out of GC and thinks he can win, so he doesnt really care about potential bonus for Rogla

Unipublic don't seem to believe in a cat.2 summit in recent years. It's either a puncheur finish and gets cat.3 (if it's categorised at all) or it's cat.1. Completely irrelevant as to whether it is difficult enough to justify it at all.
