Roglić should be the strongest but I don't think thst he will take any risks. Matthews could be a good bet possibly even Pidcock

It's hard but it doesn't look extremely technical to me. I doubt risking much will win as much time as those guys will probably be behind Roglic on pure TT ability

I still remember how much faster Roglic went when it went slightly uphill in the Olympic TT vs Asgreen, it was a ridiculous difference, he should smoke the competition here.
