They're all in the descent, it's hard to get good footage while descending. Maybe somewhere in the valley, but like others said, the race is in front and they probably don't have too many cameras either. Almeida (if at 1'30) should get a camera though, preferably one he can draft a bit

Yes, I'd agree with that as well. That's why I think the lack of pictures has got nothing to do with having sympathy for Remco but rather incompetence from the production team.
