Bad. You need ability not to get sick. One could say is related with stress, overtraining or related performance issues.

That would be a reflection on his constitution not his stamina though. I do agree that getting sick often is not a good trait for a GT rider, yet this might still just be bad luck, it's not like there is a huge sample size or am I overlooking things?

The stupidity of Bahrain unmatched...sometimes it's weird how there's just no perspective when the heat is on. What do they expect? Landa would be dropped alone between spandelles and Tourmalet... looses 10 minutes in the end.

Can all the trolls who are claiming this proves that Evenepoel isn't a real climber/GC rider when he's very obviously sick please retreat to their caves? Thanks in advance.

That's 4 GT started for Remco and only 1 finished and won.
I don't doubt his ability but the stamina and endurance to ride 3 week GT's seems to be a recurring issue (like with a lot of other good riders).

I dont think he is a top GC climber ...Mas beat him on the climbs last year .....heaven forbid I have this view

My issue is Evenepol is too wound up..all the time

...To be a GT champion you need to be calm and not waste energy...I dont know if he is ill ...his team dont think so

But I do know of riders who lose power due to emotional exhaustion
