Just pace the rest of the stage with Gesink, Tratnik, Van Baarle, and Valter. Let Kelderman drive the last climb.

I think that should happen in about 20 kms today. Why should Bora pull with Remco, Buitrago and Rodriguez. It's breakaway from the breakaway time. You now Costa will do nothing
