Too be fair, this years giro (2nd overall) and tour (2 stage wins and 5th overall) was still ok.

But this vuelta is really crap. Ganna´s TT win is the only good thing here until now...

And last year was podium at the Tour and the year before that Podium at the Tour as well.

I suspect if Ineos did not chase the original break they would have fought out the finish as Jumbo would have little reason to chase for 100 kms.

Western Cantabria/eastern Asturias is an awesome destination in general. The coast and its towns are beautiful, the mountains equally so, and it's really easy to combine the two. Only downside is that you need to drive everywhere pretty much by default.
