I dont think he will but it really isn't that improbable, if he wasnt lying when he said he still has lots of improvement for the tour.

The other thing that can stop him is if teams use secondary riders to attack and the sky train turns out not to be as strong as we fear.

Eg Saxo throwing Kreuziger on a long solo or Katusha the same with spillacl or Movi with Rui.
