Fog adhesion effect pulled them up the mountain. Warmer air was rising, making the clouds swirl up, exerting a perfectly vertical force vector on the fog droplets of water, and anything attached to them.

Explains the high VAM, if it is high. Just want to be sure that if indeed it is high, we already know it can't be doping.

Not to mention the cooling effect of the fog. Anyone who ever rode up a foggy mountain knows this.
