Still and AFAIK the final decision, about Giro (or Vuelta), hasn't be made yet.

Rogla knew at Visma already, he is doing Giro-Tour.

From fandom point of view he is, but the real decision hasn't been made yet.

Rogla will be away from his family for half a year, to complete Giro-Tour double goal. So yeah, after achieving this goal i don't feel much racing beyond Worlds it at play in the 2025 season. So all in all Rogla got mere 2 votes, out of 38 votes, but in the end he is the one that announced first and by doing that dropped the mic, other can now only follow. Lets hope it will look the same on the road too!

If you have to question what will Roglič ride after the Tour then Roglič didn't announce his full schedule, unlike Pogačar last year that annonuced all the races he would ride back in December ... you are great at dropping the mic at yourself Abi.

Every decision, thought or action in cycling today is about Pogacar, did you not get the memo?

In other words: have you seen these guys post this year? They are, frankly, quite abnormal.
You missed the jumbo, Wolfpack, sky, Froome, Saxo, Contador, postal, Armstrong, etc. fan base eras

I hereby announce my official schedule for 2025:

Tour of Shajah
Tour de Taiwan
Nokere Koerse
Scheldeprijs
Giro d'Italia (I'll DNS because I'll be too exhausted after climbing the ramp up to the stage during the team presentation)
ZLM Tour
HTV Cup
Tour of Hainan
Tour of Taihu Lake
Tour of Qinghai Lake
Tour of Langkawi
Tour of Guangxi

Now let's see which riders will copy my calendar (Mareczko and Laas, I'm looking at you!) or try to avoid me (Pogi will be afraid...because I will likely crash into him due to my insufficient bike handling skills)

That's normal as well. That's the only GT Pogacar isn't riding for sure so naturally Roglic picked it.

It's not official, that Pogi isn't riding Giro, feel free to correct me.

What else in your opinion should Rogla ride after the Tour, beside Worlds? Considering the already officially announced schedule.

I don’t understand why roglic isn’t racing suisse as it’s missing from his historic week stage race palmares

Not true. It was officially announced that Vuelta isn't a part of Rogičes schedule for the 2025 season and on who the leaders will be over there. Fifth Vuelta win will be attempted in some other season.

Roglič already is a record holder without ToS. With winning ToS he will only extend the lead. A challenge for some future season, just like fifth Vuelta. The main goal for 2025 season is Giro-Tour (and Worlds), long overdue.

Guys i get it, fandom predicting Pogi will ride Vuelta is more likely then riding Giro, that is not disputed as such. The thing is the decision wasn't made yet and we are still waiting for announcement and AFAIK it can still go both ways.

Meanwhile:

So from this thread point of view things should now be settled. The contender with fewest votes won, such an underdog.

The decision was already made Abi, but they didn’t revealed to the press, it's like doing1+1=2.

Obviously he will not go the Giro.

1-He already won the Giro.
2-UAE will go there with Ayuso and Yates as a leaders. It's important let those important guys from the team, have they're own chances.
3- He will do the classics of April.

He will not go the Giro. He will do the Vuelta, unless he is tired and chooses to target more later in best shape, the worlds and lombardia.

I hope he does the Tour and Vuelta, and the same for Vingegaard. It would be great, 2 GT battles in the summer.

Then we could argue that the decision by Jonas and Remco was already made but wasn't revealed to the press. Hence Jonas and Remco are the real winners, from this thread perspective. Sorry guys but it's Rogla that said i am doing Giro-Tour first and that was that. The rest are still scheming on where Rogla has already put his heart out and committed. No need to blame the youngsters for it, it comes with the age.

Rogla spoke to Teddy and had insider knowledge regarding his schedule.

Remco plans probably were canceled after what happened to him.

Jonas schedule is certainly already decided, but they didn’t revealed yet.

Exactly. Hence they can't win it any more, this thread award, Rogla won.

P.S. They can all still win actual races, though.
