I personally would like to see Majka get top 5 over Aru, but that's just what I want. I think Aru will place higher than Majka. I'm thinking though that both of them will be a little lower than top 5.

Interesting,so you do think that Aru will be better in gc...
I see that Im not the only one who has a lot of confidence in Aru (still I dont know why I have so much confidence in him,its just a feeling:))

meet one of my favourite riders this morning,

From duo Majka - Aru,who do you think has a better chance for top5?

imo Majka is not so impressive this year, maybe any problems, I dont know his preparation.
I know what you mean with not impressive but Majka just had his best ever spring. He's usually much worse than this. I guess another top10 is all right if he keeps attacking in the wrong places. If his evolution follows the same pattern as last year, he'll be absolutely fine.

Majka (and Roche) has the advantage of a teammate who's a threat to the GC. Might allow a few tactical dispositions that other the other teams lack (except perhaps Belkin).

Would love to see them attack ping pong style on the steep slopes.

Just too bad that there's quite a few guys who are significantly stronger.

As of today, I'm putting some early money on Cadel. We will see how things develop in the mountains, and I may place late money, too. We will see! With so much power in CA, I think Cadel has a field he can handle.

interesting that Basso didn't pose in the pre-race favourites picture with the 6 riders I think touching the trophy.

No love for Cunego anymore?

He has a strong team to support him in the mountains, but I doubt he'll be able to reach the top places.

Scarponi the same thing, also has a very strong team for the mountains. I'm curious to see who will be the best Italian.
