I categorically, without exception or qualification, unequivocally and in the strongest and most direct terms possible deny the allegations that I shared, traded, sold or otherwise gave ANY information to Lance Armstrong concerning the cyclingnews.com forum user posting under the pseudonym "Race Radio" or facilitated his alleged harassment by Lance Armstrong or anyone else.

Furthermore, I remind you that during the period in question I was, and still am, subject to the terms of a plea agreement in federal court with the USATT, the terms of which I may very well have been in violation of - at my own peril - had I engaged in any unseemly behavior.

ALL of the action I've taken in support of anti-doping and criminal investigations has been with the knowledge and consent of USADA, the USATT, and various law enforcement agencies including the DEA, FDA and FBI.

I challenge Race Radio or anyone else to produce evidence to the contrary, and I will absolutely investigate what recourse might be available to me under the relevant legal statutes with respect to the malicious libel splashed about this forum, throughout this thread. And should legal recourse be available to me, I absolutely will take whatever action I can afford to defend myself against the falsehoods and outright lies that are being disseminated here with the complicity of cyclingnews.com's staff, publisher, certain users of this forum, and any and all those who might be liable.

To be honest it was not really the volunteer staff their fault, but those of the real CN staff. They said to do nothing, in accordance with the wishes of RR and they did not communicate with the volunteer staff at all, just leaving them out to dry

Alright, that's fair. If Dan told the admins to hold off, then they no longer had a role to play. Shocks me but doesn't surprise me that nothing was done.

Perhaps the problem for people living in Joes world (and maybe Lance, but he is a sociopath so it doesn't really count) is that the lies all mount up, the truth becomes blurred, and they start to actually believe the fantasy world of the lies.

Nope. I tried logging in this morning to read a bunch of PM's. I was able to log in but to allowed to post or respond to PM.

Red reached out to me and said there was an issue with the new log in, I was flagged as "user awating email confirmation".

As for what I wrote a few days the reason is clear. I raised an legitimate issue with the forum, a concern shared by many others at the time, and the response was "Don't use it then". This was followed some pretty unprofessional actions by CN, followed by a mess of miss-communication, and ended with more ridiculousness.

I have tried to be as helpful as possible with CN, both in an outside of the forum. It was my goal to help this a more user friendly environment. Now I have a key member of their staff comparing me to Lance and Johan because I objected to their unprofessional actions and when I do try to log in an post I am blocked. Papp is still here, sending me ridiculous PM's like nothing ever happened

You get everyone to swirl around attacking Joe Papp and cycling news and then claim you don't want to waste your time on this? WTF? Who are these six people? Can you name one of them? Will any of them go on record? It's really upon on you to provide a shred of evidence. We're talking about someone's life here.

If you were certain about all this then why wouldn't you have warned people two years ago? You weren't bothered

The irony is, this forum has given you a base to spread silly gossip and bully people you don't like, and your moderator mates have always banned whoever asks you for a simple clarification. Still no moderator will say why LauraLynn was banned, for instance? Why is the sock puppet thread got people posting what they claim is her private websites and trying to out her? What was the reason Polish was banned? What about college? What reasons. And then, of course, there is little old me. But now you throw your toys out of the pram because they wont do what you want about Joe Papp. Talk about ungrateful.

Look, I believe that you believe he revealed info about you. But you're an extremely paranoid individual that always thinks the worst of those you can't control. I don't trust your judgment for a second. You left the board shortly after I called you out for getting it wrong on Sheryl Crow. You said she begged to testify to the USADA and you thanked her, yet it's clear from her statement she was forced to testify only to the feds. And on the same day you backtracked about false positives, saying they would never come out after all. When another story about positives came out you quickly said "these aren't the right ones" You were humilated and when the mods didn't immediately ban LauraLynn, you took your ball away and went home, then decided to bring up a two year old conspiracy.

The truth is, you're not very good on detail. You claimed I lived on California for two years. You constantly accuse people of being me that are not in fact me. It's astonishing that you have become a cult figure on this forum merely for repeating stuff on twitter, repeating gossip you can't prove, or simply revealing news stories a couple of hours before they break - which is what any journalist would know anyway. But you're not good enough to be a journalist so you blab to twitter instead to make yourself more important.

I actually think Armstrong has a legitimate right to know the identity of faceless trolls who lie and harrass him. If you had any courage you would reveal who you are as you attack people's personal lives. And you're a gross hypocrite as you outed Polish on this very forum, AND you threatened me by telling me you knew my name and my "website".
