One comment: Mouth closed covering an attack from Wiggins. So exhausted was he by Wiggins's doped-fuelled not-normal extraterrestrial attack that he was able to decimate everybody by a huge margin, immediately after.

But you are correct, he is unlike the Sky boys. Ive yet to see any Sky rider ever do anything that comes even remotely close to what Quintana did.

Again. It's amazing how perspectives can differ.
This is either Joachim or someone with an iq under 50.

Quintana is 169 cm small built for 1 thing -climbing, and he has been doing it all his life. That's his 1 skill.

Wiggins is a huge power rider who destroys everyone in tts, couldn't climb before 2009 and been doing short track efforts all his life.

Wiggins should not be finishing within 2 minutes of Quintana on stages like this

I don't think I have 'exposed' myself and if people want to think 'he's anti-British', then so be it. You should tell that to the Sky/Wigans(sic) fans, who use the' they don't cheat because they're British' stance.

Enjoy your weekend.

Nah the British are the best at everything, including cheating and lieing (It's how we got the Empire back in the day) ;)

Yeah cause we all know that everyone (because everyone is exactly the same) is motivated absolutely 100% by money.........................

Look at his 2007 interview -the one sky fans pretend doesn't exist because he says teams should be banned for working with doctors (like leinders) and that winning tts by 2 minutes is not normal, ans that his dream is to win a stage of the tour.

Wiggins is constantly bringing up salaries in that interview. He's upset dopers are on a million a year. He's upset he himself is not getting more money. Clearly someone very strongly motivated by money.

I'm not saying you're right or wrong here, but how did you conclude a gap of 2 minutes is the minimum that Wiggins should hope to expect? Why not 1 or 3 or 2:45 etc? Thanks.

Just like his SkyBot friend, Porte who's also motivated by $$$$$.

If I had the option to make a lot more money by switching teams I would certainly consider it. I think very few people wouldn't. In fact, I have no idea why people think most cyclists are not in some way, shape or form motivated my money?

I was asking earlier where the autobussers were, now that Brad had left them for the megabucks contract. And they were there, grumbling...

Post-2009 Tour party:

Back in Paris, though, he and Cath were enjoying the moment. The drinks were flowing and by 4am, Wiggins says, he was 'absolutely wasted’. Then, an Australian cyclist who had also ridden the Tour came up to share a drink. 'Congratulations, Brad,’ he told him.

'I know all the other riders are saying you’re on drugs, but I think you’re clean.’

I'm not claiming people aren't motivated by money. The poster I responded to was claiming Wiggins wasn't.

So when Sir David Millar decided to speak for everyone and say that the whole peloton believes Wiggins clean, he was not telling the truth? Millar, tell a lie? Impossible.

It's a random number. I was going to post 10 but thought I'd give Wiggins a bit more credit. It all comes down to whether Wiggins really is the greatest talent in the history of the sport or not.

Top marks for being candid. No marks unfortunately for quality of analysis.
