That's what you get when you do all the work for everyone else; Widar riding like he did on the climb and dropping Segaert was really dumb.
I don't mind him attacking and dropping Segaert, but he did too much on his own. When you see him ride now, you can imagine him being able to follow Behrens if he was a bit more conservative with his energy

While it obviously hasn't been the best season ever for Danish cycling, we've also had a lot fortune over the past few years, so I see no reason to complain.
Sorry, but isn't that a typical Danish thing to say?

If you're doing well for several years in a row, the level of expectations should grow accordingly. In any sports, no matter which nation.

That depends on who you ask. There are definitely times where Danes have had unreasonable expectations, too.
