I think it's quite important for Pogacar to keep this gap for a while. If it starts to come down the group behind will smell blood and keep working together. Once the group behind starts riding for medals Pogacar has won.

Remco has been massively helped by the cars by the way. How did they allow that shitshow?

It was always fantasy that Del Toro was racing against Pogacar and not for or with him. They tried a move and Isaac couldn't hang.. Still worth trying

On the Mount Kigali he was filmed hitting the saddle in a very weird way, I guess that’s the reason why he changed. Then it seems like they could fix that problem and put that bike back on the roof of the car.
