He was already close behind the cars before that point. Obvisouly, he had a better draft thanks to motorbikes/cars. He was 20s ahead a few km before.

Remco himself says he was just struggling the last kilometers. Rode without a powermeter, which is pretty insane in a TT. Normal that you struggle in the end then

Poor Ganna. Could've been a 4 time world champion and an olympic champion but unfortunately there's this one belgian guy...

Ganna's raw watts on the hilla must have been bonkers.
Both him an Evenepoel with a suboptimal prep, but head and shoulders ahead of the rest.

He could even stop and show his bike at the line with 6”.

Closer than expected, I think he knew 20” in front and did easier on the corners. Last km he only lost 1” to Ganna.
There were no real corners past T3, he simply was slower.
