Remco had no powermeter with the chain issue. Went hard on the second hill and also in the descent. So no holding back. Good to hear.

According to José he was 7s behind with 1km to go, 6 at the finish so seriously doubt what you're saying. I mean about him being so much faster in 1km, obviously drafting and overtaking someone helps.

He was already close behind the cars before that point. Obvisouly, he had a better draft thanks to motorbikes/cars. Evenepoel was 20s ahead a few km before.
