If it's just a minor sickness like in Tirreno, good form at Worlds is still possible, but I doubt it'll happen.

Judging from his level in the Tour, he might lose 1:30-2:00, I'd say, but the level is pobably not as high here. He also did pretty well on the one in Dauphiné, though that one had a little more climbing than this one does. I'll be very surprised if he loses less than a minute to the winner. But it won't really matter, cause he's obviously targeting the KOM now, so I doubt he's riding full gas tomorrow anyway.

They are both from Conegliano, so probably they are very close.

Very happy for Sacha. He started last year very fine with a 2nd place in Algarve but after that he got sick in Portugal, had lots of troubles with knee injuries and this year many crashes.

Almeida. And Armirail should do well. Some other DQS and UAE riders could be in for a podium, like Cattaneo, also Hirschi if he's really in top form again, that will actually be very interesting (for me) to see. Miguel Heidemann from a German point of view.

Latour did well on the ITT in Tour de Poitou last month, and Pinot wasn't bad either. Herrada and De la Cruz can also put in good time trials on occasion. Jungels is sadly still a bad imitation of his former self.
