Sky might let a break away go away. They have a lot of work to do on Friday and at least on Saturday.

Sprinter teams will control it, Sky won't have to do anything if they don't want to .

Love to see the battle EBH-Farrar, think Farrar.
Maybe also Degenkolb?
Btw: can't wait for the mountains to begin!

Don't know, he looks to be in Devolder state to me since WW died.

You'd have to wonder what his motivation to training has been like over the past few weeks. It wouldn't be a surprise if he doesn't feature.

I agree that Sky won't overly contribute to pulling back the break, but I'd expect the other sprinters teams to do that for them and EBH, super-motivated after his mechanical the other day, to get the win.

Someone (sky? =P) will horribly mess up the leadout, and it will end in an every man for himself sprint which Double J will win :p

Grass grows really fast in the liberal heart of Netherlands, maybe Dekker is positive after all....

I belive he tested positive around christmas 2007, when grass does tend to not grow.

At kilometre 81, the gap to the two leaders is coming down. Roy and Malori have 3:35.

To initiate some discussion, what do people view Hagen as?

An "All-Rounder"?
A Classics guy who can sprint?
A Sprinter who can ride Classics?

It seems he's used for a variety of roles.
