van de walle back on the front so cant be suffering that much. Vandevelde on the front - suggests maybe he wont be going 100% for GC for Garmin.

Imlach, Boardman and the other guy were doing a fantastic job. Now we are back to Phil and Paul's tired old schtick.

Didnt show a lot in either 2008 or 2009 (ok he did break his collarbone in the Giro) before finishing highly at the tour.

Just seen a HTC-Specialized ad twice in the last couple of minutes. Aldag really does have massive ears.

4 hours of Phil and Paul.. I'd prefer to have my toenails pulled out.
Harmon and Kelly are OK and doing a reasonable job for me.

120km in 1 and a half hours?

When I posted I was expecting them to do the last 120 kms at +50km/h. So probably 16:30 - 16:40 is more realistic to watch the last 20 kms.

Me too. Some call it boring which it can be at times but I have no problem watching all the sprint stages because it is the Tour. It is so big and I am just excited. The leadup feels like it goes forever.

It's interesting how outside of Europe the Tour seems to be the only race that exists in cycling...

Wow, if that's what intermediate sprints look like now, that's a vast improvement for sure.
