It would be the same as giving Lewis Hamilton the third place in Valencia because he collided with Maldonado in the second to last lap.

Both got held up. Menchov nearly went in to the boarding

Don't think he had anywhere to go, if it's the rider I think it is he was boxed in and ended up having to unclip.
