He's won three TDF stages, 2 of them were on the 11th of July, and the one form last year was 10th of July because the 11th was a rest day.

I fully expect LLS to go in the break on the 11th of July, maybe he's just testing his legs now to see how well he recovered from his injury?

as being in the break of 7. No details on time gap though

He is not aiming for KOM, he is aiming for a win today.. the only reason we see him in the group is because its large, I bet thats the same reason for a few others in that group..

So yes I agree, if he wants KOTM aswell its only a win that counts
