Kinda disappointing finish. Nice win for Clark, but too bad Roche, Contador and Froome just gave up.

Valverde lost just under a minute to the men who matter. It could have been much worst, but his GC hopes are probably over now.

Purito didn't look good, he was lucky that the last 6km weren't steep.

Exactly. Just a click on "Vuelta 2012: Stage profiles and analysis" would've saved a lot of guys a lot of energy

What do you mean? He never had a realistic shot at winning the Vuelta, losing a minute here probably will result in him finishing one or two places lower on the GC. Never a good thing, but hardly the end of his chances for a podium spot.

Anyone wanna make a 140 character resume of the stage? :p

Totally LoLed at that Caja-guy! :D

Valverde fall, Martin and Clarke survivors of break, interesting begin of climb that ends in uberfail.

I hope all the posters that were talking about the finish in London being so 'weird' were watching the finish of today's stage, same thing, typical cycling move, good job Clark

Bazayev was so close, SO close to confirm Vino's words that he will win a stage in this Vuelta...

Also kinda interesting that third astana rider to cross the finish was Kash.

It's like Vino is already whipping his compatriots into form.
