I think that says a lot, Talansky coming back. Yes Froome and Porte are impressive, but no-one is really in form atm. This years Nibali would have blown past everyone in this Dauphine just like Froome.

The unfortunate fact is that there's a reasonable chance no-one will really be up for it in the Tour, making it a snoozefest. But can we not pretend this is the Armstrong years, none of these guys are Ullrich or Pantani right now. Honestly I'd be surprised if anyone but Froome would've made the top 3/4 in the 2010 TDF on the form they're displaying this year.

That was a bit poor from Froome.

He should've attacked on his own earlier to get the stage instead of waiting for Porte to give him a gift.

Nice to see De Marchi win again. I nearly forgot he left Androni for Cannondale earlier this season.

Reading some of these comments now is almost as amusing as the initial attack.

Full *** apparently means climbing equal to Talansky and 10 seconds ahead of Fuglsang...

at 50 % of his power, you forgot that.

he could have gone at least 30 sec faster.

Also, can a mod ban me for the month of July, cause this way it's inevitable i'm gonna post doping related stuff in the PRR section or wish crashes, disease or death on certain people who are riding for or are related to a certain team:rolleyes::rolleyes:

Froome should have just gone for own succes

noooo... he has to match what contador did for his teammate. :). He's been matching contador toe to toe as far as off bike. First contador said 75%, he said 73%. Yesterday alberto paced rogers and so today, so did he. LOL.

at least this pool is wrong :). Breakaway RULE!
