the wind is from for the most part tailwind, and it is predicted the wind will go stronger in the later hours

On the team website Andersen says he calculates with around 3 minutes loss to Froome for Andy, but says they hope to limit the losses to Valverde and Rodriguez.

I am pretty optimistic, I think Andy will surprise with a good performance. But I also expect at least 3 minutes to Froome, probably more.

My bet for the win is Porte, or at least the podium.
