He's the most selfish rider I've seen since Luis León disappeared from the scene.

He's obviously a talented rider and by all means, he should get chances to do things like today, as well as being the team leader in smaller one-week races which he's obviously capable of winning brilliantly.

But there are other scenarios where he has no excuses not to help his leaders, and he just never does it. When he can't get anything out of a situation, he drops or just sits there comfortably letting others do the work.

I have zero respect for riders like him.

Right... Beacuse setting the 17th stage of last years TdF for Valverde, LBL for Valverde...

He never asked for your respect anyways... nor he needs it.
