It would be very silly if Sky did not team up with Belkin. It is in both teams interests to control Saxo Tinkoff with Contador and Kreuziger.

Just seeing if they can get Porte (and Froome) to chase them down, I guess. It's too far out to leave them there to help a later move, so I expect they'll come back soon.
