Such a shame, I was trying to stay optimistic but he's just not as good as he used to be. He's still a good climber and good stage racer but no longer the best. To be honest it wouldn't surprise me at all if he's going to have trouble finishing top 3 in the Tour

2009 tour was the very first race i watched and after his battles with Schleck i was hooked on the sport would be nice to see him as fierce as he used to be i just don't think he's as hungry as he was anymore then again season has just begun we will have to wait and see what happens.

My opinion on what i felt about a stage of the Tour of Oman has no place on this thread?

From the numbers it looks like AC went too early and imploded. Mental victory for Froome going into TA. Really looking forward to this season even more now (have I said that enough ). Love to see how these guys to respond to the challenges in front of them. I hope none of them get injured before the Tour.

And thank you Froome for already proving that you aren't Andy Schleck, in that he has come to race. Chapeau sir. Chapeau.
