To be fair Impey will do a lot more leadout duities throughout the season so it's an investment in his loyalty.

Matthews needs to take his opportunities but also create them. Granted he hasn't had any of them, but not winning Rioja probably hasn't helped. It's a pretty vicious cycle I guess.
