Perfect finish for Yates - nice test of where he is post crash. All 3 days he's raced coming back so far have been right where he should be.

MTF is perfect finish for Simon? What?

Chalapud was one of the strongest on the climb yesterday, according to the site of Colombia. I'm curious to see if he can make some kind of difference on this relatively easy climb. But also Duarte and Pantano got a good kick at the end, so they are also dangerous.

50km to go.Live ticker here. The riders have done the second climb of the day. The breakaway has 3min on the peloton (max gap was over 6min). There are six riders in the break (although the ticker says 7 but they give only 6 names):

Pavel Brutt (Katjuša)
Klemen Štimulak (Adria Mobil)
Edvard Theuns (Topsport Vlaanderen-Baloise)
Antonio Parrinello (Androni Giocattoli-Venezuela)
Andrea Fedi (Neri Sottoli)
Alessandro Malaguti (Vini Fantini-Nippo)

Moments ago there was a counterattack from the peloton. You are right. It was the one and only Stefano Pirazzi. And like always (well almost) his attack didn't work so he's back in the big group :D

4 men remain in front:
Pavel Brutt (Katusha)
Klemen Štimulak (Adria Mobil)
Antonio Parrinello (Androni Giocattoli-Venezuela)
Andrea Fedi (Neri Sottoli)

Gap about 1 minute. Cannondale leading the chase. 20km to go. The riders are approaching the final climb.

In front just Simon Yates, Francesco Manuel Bongiorno, Tiago Machado, Ilnur Zakarin, Jure Golčer and 2 more riders.

Edit: Now only Francesco Manuel Bongiorno, Tiago Machado, Ilnur Zakarin in front. Behind them Kristijan Koren, Damiano Caruso, Simon Yates, Emanuele Sella, Angelo Pagani, Matteo Rabottini, Eliot Lietaer. 5km to go.

Bongiorno! Bardiani again. Congrats.

1. Francesco Manuel Bongiorno (Ita) Bardiani
2. Tiago Machado (Por) Netapp Endura
3. Ilnur Zakarin (Rus) RusVelo

Finally Machado probably will win something, he took the overall GC classification.

There is a stage tomorrow as well, isn't it???;)

Yes, but I don't understand your remark.

Machado won't win a sprint stage, so he will probably will win the GC.
