So what's Barta's plan? Wheelsuck all day long?

It worked so far!

Poor Pineau is still soldiering along on in the rain on his own out in no man's land

Interested to see how it goes between Voekler and JRod at the summits. I'm hoping they're competitive sprints... could give us another interesting angle to watch for the race since the Green jersey won't have much interest with Sagan dominating.

Questioned before the start by letour.fr, Michael Rogers (Tinkoff-Saxo) said: “You can't compare to two years ago. It's much harder. For me, it's the queen stage of the Tour. There will thirty seconds gaps at the end but I can't tell who for. All I know is that Alberto is very strong.”

This is a dissapointing start, in the breakaway there is not people for GC... today the two hardest climbs are at the begining, you could win the Tour today from far...

Damn talk about bad weather. The descents will be dangerous. Also, Nibali loves weather like this

I would be disappointed if the GC didn't go to the 3rd week.
