Thanks to those on here for putting me onto Rogers for the stage, was a great last hour of the race.

Winner of the day = all the ones with bets on Mickey Rogers

Loser of the day = The people who made a big deal of Nibali dropping 2 seconds on the climb as he picked up his bottle. Literally the equivalent of the idiots in primary school that feint a punch and go "haha, you blinked"

Seriously people - do you know how ridiculously stupid you look by trying to find the slightest sign of weakness in Nibali just to validate your reasons for questioning his abilities. I truly feel sorry for you

You can't know that. People always say a guy will improve just because he's young. A lot of them don't. We can only be sure when we see him riding up there.
+1.

People always get confused by other factors. Maybe his TT can improve.

So the BMC riders could catch back up to TJ, but they couldn't hang with him on the climb? After riding on the front for most of the stage like they were protecting a jersey?

Super dumbestiques.

Yeah... He probably became vegetarian as well

Ten Dam now saying he tried to follow the wheel of Zubeldia. Funniest cycling quote this year :D

Leaving out that you are basically right...Why are you going mental about it?

Nibali has been either making the Move or on the Right Move since day 1 of this race. He is an unstoppable force!!! My only concern is Astana in the next 2 days. They have been exposed and Movistar will try again.

I'd love to see a nice battle but Valverde's clearly been cooked in the last few climbs and he's been lucky that he's still in second. From now on whatever else he may say he's going to have to start defending, not attacking.

No, my Justin Bieber fanboy detector was activated. Such ridiculous needs to be ridiculed.

It's no shame to be put on your limit by Pinot, he's a damn good climber.

Movistar will defend. Pinot was to strong today. Valverde will try to nullify the race to save his second place.

Great stage. Man, I love descent stages.

And Rogers used his skills to outwit the Europcar duo. A memorable win for him.

Some serious damage control by lots of GC contenders.

Looking forward to the next stage already.

The question of third week. Will Pinot drop Nibali for good in pyrenees or not?:p
(of course just for fun,as it is not important in this race anyway)
