What I said was that the reason Froome lost the TA was not that he had a particalary "bad day", but that people like Nibbles beats him on the tuff long classic like days with short steep hills and narrow roads where the fight for positions are just as important as raw power, and that the tour should try to have more of these stages instead of either plain mountains or sprints or 50km long flat itt.

For heavens sake, Vino was an immense tter (look at my signature videos)

Ok but you said it should not be for the straight forward climbers and ITT'er which is like a rider like Wiggo. I dont no how an attacking climber is straightforward you cant blame me for thinking that when you said he is a straightforward climber and ITT'er. I agree they should have more stages like that doubt full it would help that much though unless its wet, no? I thought last year was not a bad route overall just dont like the stages like 2012 where we have huge climbs followed by 50 km of flat.

But that's normal, when he's struggling he doesn't look as smooth. His style is still miles ahead of Froome's though.

yes when he attacks standing up but what style was better on AX-3 a rider sat down riding ahead or Contador with Kreuziger doing that thing when his head tilts back? His style was not very nic in the TDF in my opinion not better than someone who was not struggling. I agree though their is no question all things considering he way more style than Froome.
