ILovecycling said:jens, this time you are not right.he cant bounce back in few days,he fell in some 60kmh,he said he hurt his ankle and knee, plus bruises etc. there is no way he will attack in coming stages.
but...
hard to predict,he said his ankle and knee bother him.hopefuly his ligaments are ok,that would be badjens_attacks said:we'll see in the third week. of course if he has nasty injures(to me it didn't seem so) he will abandon i think
LaFlorecita said:Funny eh. I'm sure Quintana told Ryo personally what's wrong with him.
Ryo Hazuki said:so evans is a better rider than horner because evans is 37 and horner is 41?

perico said:Horner is the exception to the rule. 1 out of many, many, many riders who haven't seen a downturn as they progress in age. Usually either clinic fodder, or a late start without the amount of GTs early in their career.
Evans has been riding 1-2 GTs a year for roughly 15 years now. Horner hasn't. In that regard, a rider like Horner or the French rider who finished 2nd to Nibali in the Tour is not going to see their skills deteriorate at the same rate as a normal rider, who in this era starts to see a decrease around 35 years old.

Ah, he drafted Popo. Okay then. One of the few things that Popo is still good for
del1962 said:Froome says he went off to fast before the climb, perhaps his form is not as bad as this TT suggests
Pricey_sky said:He went off at a pace that he was able to do when he was in top shape (ie near Tony Martin performance shape) unfortunately he is nowhere near that level of form so he quickly paid for his efforts.

FuerzaNairo!

this is contador,no shiity wiggins or nibali...
Ryo Hazuki said:lol @ you thinking contador was seirously injured. he couldn't continue the tour yes but he sure as hell didn't break anything.
