Duh, what did you expect. Vuelta broadcast starts standard at 16:00 that's for all tv stations, even their own

They're going to miss all of Martin's ride as well. Typically poor and inflexible coverage for the Vuelta.

On an additional note, the top 30 or so are starting at 2 min gaps. That will give Froome a great rabbit to chase (Rodriguez) and overtake during the flatter section.
