Nice effort by Martin there. Good signs for the rest of the Vuelta, just stay on your bike Dan. :)

4. Kelderman
5. Paul Martens
6. Evans
7. Mondory
8. Bouhanni
9. Moreno

Nice win by Matthews..Dan Martin timed it right but Matthews was just too strong

Who said earlier in this topic Kelderman wasn't a name to consider? Guess he was wrong, nice 4th place above more favorited names.
Gesink also good btw

Froome looked good. Can't judge purito since this stuff is for him although not steep enough otherwise easy win

Give me one stage where Contador ever looked good on a uphill sprint like that?

Stage 4 (I think it was from memory) 2011 tour, the one he lost by a hairs breath to Evans in a uphill sprint. It was a bit harder than this though.

Can't wait for thursday, katusha has to go crazy. Those are the stages purito can take time on.

Dont give Contador and froome time to get better.

That stage on that climb (tour2011) was way tougher than this and not many great uphill sprinters were there.

That was because he had lost a minute and half on the clusterf*ck that was stage one.
